Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Echo, a service provided by Alpha POS Services Inc ("we", "us"), through a restaurant's Echo page or this website. By using Echo you agree to them.

The service

Echo lets you order food for pickup, join a restaurant's rewards program, and join a waitlist or reserve a table where a restaurant offers it. The restaurant, not Echo, prepares and sells the food and sets its menu, prices, hours and rewards rules.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we text you. Keep your phone and codes to yourself.
• Give accurate information and use only your own number.
• You may stop using Echo, or ask to erase your account, at any time.

Text messages

If you enter your mobile number to sign in, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text. The SMS terms are part of these terms.

Orders and rewards

Orders are accepted by the restaurant and are subject to its availability and policies. Reward points have no cash value, may expire or change under the restaurant's rules, and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get codes sent to numbers that are not yours, to bypass limits, or to use it unlawfully.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Echo available but provide it "as is", without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to Echo is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. We may suspend access to prevent abuse or harm.
